Beautiful

Alone inside my head
Wondering with dread
Going from here to there aimlessly
How do I train my brain
To go from sadness and pain
To living myself in vain
From seeing myself as ugly and fat
To being beautiful no matter what my size
To see myself as others see me
Beautiful beyond compare
